Chakalaka Cream Cheese.

This is Chakalaka cheese, all the way from South Africa. What makes it so special is that it is coated with a thin layer of indian spice! how bout that for a change. The texture is a bit softer than our normal cheddar cheese and its best to eat it just like that. But beware, it may be a liitle bit too strong 4 some.
